Maintaining Your Immigration Record While on OPT

Students are required to maintain their immigration status while participating in their Post-Completion and STEM OPT Extension authorizations. This includes submitting the required OPT Reporting eForms, applying for the STEM OPT Extension on time, full time employment, and employment in a position directly related to their degree program.
