Should I choose to upload Media or other materials produced or created by me (“Shared Materials”) to this CSU shared album, I further consent and authorize Colorado State University (CSU) or any entity authorized by CSU to use, modify, publish, and repurpose any photographs, videos, or other materials submitted by me for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes.

By adding photo(s) and/or video(s) to this album I acknowledge and agree that:

– I transfer full copyright ownership of the Shared Materials to CSU, granting CSU rights to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display the materials in any format or medium, now and in the future, without restriction.
– CSU has the unrestricted right to modify, alter, delete or combine Shared Materials with other content in its sole discretion.
– I waive any rights to royalties, compensation, or approval of final materials.
– I have obtained necessary consent from any individuals appearing in the Shared Materials and release CSU from any claims related to the use of these images.
– Any content submitted must be in good taste (e.g., no explicit content or defamatory content.
– My participation and statements, including but not limited to the Submitted Materials, may be used with or without my name for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes.
– I release CSU and its legal representatives from any claims or liabilities related to the use of my likeness, voice, or my Shared Materials as well as any such in materials submitted by others.
