Organization of American States (OAS) Scholarship

In partnership with the Organization of American States (OAS), Colorado State University offers scholarships to qualified candidates of the Americas to participate in on-campus Academic Programs at CSU.

General criteria

OAS scholarship recipients will receive a minimum of 1/3 off non-resident tuition for all on-campus programs. There are a select number of 1/2 off scholarships (worth up to $14,931 for undergraduate and $13,283 for graduate students) available based on the applicant’s academic profile, merit and academic credentials, potential impact on the completion of the study program, and other factors.

Applicants must also meet the following criteria:

  • Must be admitted to a degree-seeking, on-campus, program at Colorado State University. Only newly admitted students for Fall 2024 will be considered at this time.
  • Only citizens of the member economies listed below are eligible to apply for the OAS scholarship.
  • Students who have been awarded a full assistantship by their department are not eligible to receive the OAS scholarship.
  • U.S. citizens and permanent residents, including those who hold dual U.S. citizenship and citizenship of a member economy country, are not eligible for the OAS scholarship.
