The IEP consists of three levels (1-3) and offers multiple, flexible starting dates. Each term runs for 8 weeks, with each level lasting for two terms. Students can apply to a Fall start term or a Spring start term. Key dates and information can be found below:
Spring 2025
Term A: January 21 to March 12, 2025
Term B: March 13 to May 14, 2025
Fall 2025
Term A: August 18 to October 8, 2025
Term B: October 13 to December 10, 2025
To apply to the Intensive English Program, please submit the following:
Submit An Application ($100 USD)
1. On the application page, click “Create an account” under the section titled “First-time users”
2. Enter your information, including email address, name, and birthdate. You’ll then be asked to create a password.
3. Once your account is activated, select Start New Application. Select the term (date) you wish to apply for and select the Non-Degree option (example: Fall 2025 Non-Degree).
4. Complete each section and submit your application!
5. The Intensive English Program requires a $100 (USD) application fee. Please submit payment along with your application.
Submit Transcripts and Leaving Certificate/Diploma
Along with your application, you’ll be asked to submit your previous school materials, including your unofficial transcripts and/or a leaving certificate or diploma. Contact us if you have any questions regarding these documents.
Immigration Documents
Not considered for your admission decision, but still required to obtain an I-20. These requirements include:
1. Immigration information form
2. Copy of your Passport
3. Financial support documents which demonstrate proof of funding for one full year of study.
