Mission

PLACE provides quality English language instruction, intercultural learning experiences, and support services for those interested in personal, professional, or academic growth through a variety of innovative programs and opportunities that uphold Colorado State University’s Principles of Community. 

Vision

Programs for Learning Academic and Community English (PLACE) will be an inclusive and comprehensive intercultural English language center engaging with CSU and the global community.

CEA Accredited

Programs for Learning Academic and Community English (PLACE) is accredited by the Commission on English Language Program Accreditation for the period December 2014 through December 2024 and agrees to uphold the CEA Standards for English Language Programs and Institutions.
