CCNU-CSU Summer Field Program

Alcohol is not allowed in Participant rooms in the campus residence halls or in any indoor or outdoor space at the University unless offered at an official pre-approved Event. Event must be pre-approved by CES and proper licenses may be required. Client agrees to abide by all University, City, and State policies covering the consumption/serving of alcoholic beverages and agrees to sign a release form accepting responsibility for each specific Event involving alcohol at least three (3) weeks before the Event. Such approval to serve alcohol may require additional insurance requirements, including liquor liability coverage, as determined by the Office of Risk Management and Insurance. The University is not able to store alcohol on the Client’s behalf.
Recreational marijuana use, possession, and distribution is a violation of University Policy. These activities are illegal for persons under 21; for those 21 and older, these activities cannot occur on any University property. In addition, marijuana obtained for medicinal purposes cannot be stored or used on campus.
