Academic Integrity Week offers a week of free seminars that address common academic mistakes. This year, the seminars are offering an International Student track of 4 sessions and 1 online module, all aimed at bolstering international student success at Colorado State.

Attending Sessions:

Win a lunch with CSU President Tony Frank and ASCSU President Sam Guinn! Receive one raffle drawing entry at each Academic Integrity session you attend. The more sessions you attend, the greater your chances of winning!

Completing the Online Module:

In addition to receiving one raffle drawing entry for lunch with Tony Frank, you will also be entered to win a Grand Prize of $100 RamCash! There will also be 40 Second Prize winners who receive RamCash cards worth $10 each.

All cards must be returned to the TILT Building concierge desk by 5:00 pm, Friday, Oct. 9. You do not have to be present to win.

This workshop will help international students understand what they should and should not do when taking tests in their CSU classes in order to maintain academic integrity.

Succeeding in the American Classroom

What does it mean to be a “good student” in the U.S. classroom? The answer may be unexpected for students who did not grow up in the American culture. Come to this workshop to learn what your professors expect and why, and design a personalized plan for how to become a successful student while navigating your own cultural landscape.

Students looking for advice on free computer resources to correctly format citations in academic papers should attend this workshop, which will teach you the latest technology that can help you cite sources quickly.

Online Academic Integrity Tutorial:

Complete the 60 minute Tutorial for your chance to win part of the $500 in prizes!

This tutorial is a fun, interactive way to learn about Academic Integrity in the United States, and is a great option for those wishing to attend a session but whose schedule is too full. Take this tutorial at your own convenience throughout the whole month of October, and get entered to win RamCash prizes as well as lunch with Tony Frank!

Create an account on the RAISE system:

Please fill in the form using the following information:

  • Your “surname” is your family name (in most cases your last name).
  • The name of the referring administrator is:  Cronan (enter exact spelling)
  • The Course Name/ ID is:   CSU14 (enter exact spelling)

Click “Create my New Account”. You will be sent a confirmation email; check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox.

Click on the link in this e-mail to enroll in the course:

  • Enter Enrollment Key:    csuint2!  (case sensitive)
  • Click on “Assessment” to begin the module.

 Need more time to finish? Complete a section and come back to it later!

  • Use your username and password to log in again. When you return, just sign in by clicking the link on the left that says, “Returning to this website?”
  • There are 5 sections in the module. You will be tested at the end of each section. If you fail a test you will be linked back to the beginning of that section, so you can review the materials again.
  • To successfully complete the module, you must have check marks to the left of each section on the topic list. A red X indicates that the section is still listed as incomplete.
