Mohtadi Ben Fraj

I come from the beautiful country of Tunisia. It’s smaller than Colorado in term of area but has more than 3000 years of rich history. Tunisia was home for the Carthaginian empire, Hannibal and the beginning of the Arab Spring. I always wanted to study in the United States and I was very excited when I got accepted to CSU as a Fulbright student. I had my first experience with snow this winter and I have to say that I love it here in Fort Collins. Hiking is my favorite activity here and I also play soccer during my free time. Being away from my family and my friends is hard at the beginning but living in a very diverse environment was very valuable to my personal growth. My future plans are to visit most states in the US and travel all around the world.
