Brennan Ackermann

My name is Brennan Ackermann and I am a 3rd-year student studying Civil Engineering. I went on an exchange program with Swansea University in Wales of the United Kingdom during the Spring of 2020. While there, I learned the importance of a balanced lifestyle, as I found myself to be much happier with myself with a balanced routine (even getting higher grades with less studying!). Regardless of what you study, a balanced lifestyle is crucial in reducing your stress levels.
