Ailyn Arevalo Fierro – B.S. Human Development and Family Studies

In Morocco, I was able to step out of my shell and create a community with my peers, while getting the opportunity to experience a new country with them. As well, it made me realize the sense of belonging that can be created with communities in other countries. I felt supported and cared for by my host family, by my peers, and by the abroad program itself.
