Why did you decide to study at CSU?

CSU is a home to a host of reputed faculty members. Students who study at CSU have been placed well in the U.S.A. and abroad. There is a vast array of subjects to choose from. Add to that, an environment that mixes work and play in equal proportion-you have something that helps people attain ultimate satisfaction.

What academic accomplishment are you most proud of?

To be pursuing my Ph.D in a subject area that I love would be the accomplishment that I am most proud of.

What was your biggest surprise about the U.S.?

The attention towards community service and welfare was something that got me hooked on from the beginning.

What are your favorite activities/clubs in Fort Collins?

The Graduate Student Council, SLICE, RamRide

What are your career goals?

To be able to make a difference in society academically as well as to be able to serve others in my home country.

What do you want people to know about your home country?

Rich in diversity and cultural values, India is a home to 1.25 billion people who live in 28 different states and speak more than 22 different official languages apart from the 150 more informal dialects. Though each state is culturally different from one another, the one thing that binds all of these states together is the love for the nation.

What has been your favorite memory at CSU, so far?

To select one memory would be injustice to the other countless memories that I have. But so far, working with RAMride was an awesome experience that I would definitely like to relive.

What advice would you give to other students who are considering CSU?

The QS rankings (or any other rankings) might not justify it, but CSU is filled with a lot more intelligentsia than you would expect. An ideal choice for both undergraduate and graduate courses with lots happening
